ETC PRICING POLICIES

All American Home Phone has been approved by the Public Utility Commission or Public Service Commission of Alabama, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina and South Carolina to serve in the public interest as an "ETC" (Essential Telephone Company). As an "ETC", we will work to bring Lifeline and Linkup benefits to qualifying households. Effective April 1, 2010, All American Home Phone plans to begin offering home phone service in these six states as an "ETC". Lifeline is a program designed to increase the availability of telecommunications services to low income subscribers by providing a credit to monthly recurring local service for qualifying residential subscribers.

Link-Up provides a credit on the non-recurring installation and service charges to qualifying residential subscribers.
